Organizations are finally understanding the benefits of designing products around the user. It’s been proven that human-centric design can increase the return on investment if organizations are willing to take a chance on UX research and design.
Join UXPA Toronto and our special guest speakers Anita Ghosh, Anmol Kaur, Laura Schaefer and Alison Le Saux. Watch as they discuss how their Human-Centred Design Practice is influencing an organizational mind shift to think more like their customers. They will explain how their teams made HCD “real” within a large organization and how they are able to measure value through customer-centered metrics.
