Storytelling is as old as time, but mastering the craft can be a difficult task. In UX, we have the opportunity to tell the users story, and to uncover their needs and desires. When using the right techniques, storytelling can be a powerful tool to align cross-functional teams and persuade stakeholders with your vision.

Join us as Alison and Kathy from IBM iX speak on several storytelling methods that have helped them craft great experiences for their clients, as well as use storytelling to solve complex problems that can happen within the lifecycle of a project.

Event Cost

  • General Admission: $15.00
